We recently talked with Juan Cianceruso about his experience with the Company.

How long have you been at Bench Tree, and what do you do?
- I've been with Bench Tree for three years. I'm currently a Technical Support Engineer.

What is the key to providing effective engineering support?
- I think that a strong culture that encourages autonomy and collaboration inspires creativity and innovation.

What experience do you bring to Bench Tree that makes you effective in your role?
- I have more than 15 years of Oil and Gas experience, which includes repair and maintenance, management, quality control/quality assurance, and root cause failure analysis roles. 

What are you most proud of during your time with Bench Tree?
- I was part of a team that helped develop, write, produce, edit, and incorporate new repair and maintenance procedures, training videos, and reference guides. These procedures, videos, and reference guides have helped our clients and shop personnel become more knowledgeable on Bench Tree tools. This has made me feel extremely proud!
