Angel Ayala has been with the Company for eight years and currently works in Customer and Sales Support.

We recently asked her about her experience with Bench Tree.

What is the key to providing excellent customer support?
- I love my customers. It gives me great pleasure to be as helpful as possible while remaining friendly and upbeat. Creating a good rapport with my
customers is very important to me.

What experience do you bring to Bench Tree that makes you effective in your role?
- During my career, I’ve successfully held roles where interaction with customers and upper management allowed me to grow as a person as well as
professionally.

What are you most proud of during your time here?
- I’m most proud of Bench Tree’s successes and the ability to stay on top during uncertain times. This would not be possible without such a wonderful team.
