At Bench Tree, we understand MWD operators depend on timely service and quality repairs for smooth, profitable operations. That's why we've fine-tuned our service and repair process to assure you of fast turn-times and reliable, like-new operation.
Our senior technicians hold at least an associate degree in electronics, and are certified by the IPC® (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) as IPC-A-610 specialists. This stringent Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies Standards body governs the quality of both Class 2 (surface) and Class 3 (downhole) products.
All service and repair work is completed under the watchful eye of our stringent Quality Assurance (QA) Group. This group continually monitors designated checkpoints throughout our repair process, from incoming components to outgoing final assemblies. The checks include routine workmanship audits that ensure our work meets - or exceeds - industry standards.
In addition to providing timely service for all your Bench Tree MWD equipment, our state-of-the art Repair and Maintenance Department has the expertise to repair and upgrade most third party MWD equipment. Unlike many shops, we continue to support popular Tensor-based legacy lines as well as equipment from GE and Micro Tesla.
Downtime disrupts schedules and impacts the bottom line. For peak performance, trust the team at Bench Tree to deliver timely service and quality repairs that keep your MWD equipment working as hard as you do. Typical turn times are outlined below:
|Bench Tree Downhole Equipment||One Week|
|Bench Tree Surface Equipment||48-hours|
|Bench Tree OM / DM Tools||Four Weeks|
|Third-Party Surface Equipment||Three Weeks|
|Third-Party Downhole Equipment||Three Weeks|
|Third-Party OM / DM Tools||Three Weeks|
